Description
As the Manager of Omnichannel Enablement at Klick Health, you will lead the design and implementation of omnichannel strategies that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth. Your role will have you working across all organization disciplines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across digital and traditional marketing channels to deliver a cohesive customer experience. Your role involves managing the day-to-day execution of omnichannel initiatives, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement omnichannel marketing strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer engagement.
Project Management:
In partnership with the Project management organization, oversee the execution of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
Collaboration:
Work closely with external marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of digital and traditional marketing channels. Internally, you will work with all facets of the Klick organization, serving as the connective tissue to provide business solutions for our clients.
Performance Optimization:
In partnership with data strategy and analytics, monitor and analyze the performance of omnichannel campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
Industry Knowledge:
Stay informed on the latest industry technologies and trends, incorporating innovative approaches to enhance customer experiences.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in omnichannel marketing or digital strategy, with a focus on strategic solutioning for Healthcare or Health and Wellness clients (a plus).
Technical Skills:
- Knowledgeable of current digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Data analytics and/or CRM background are a plus.
- Knowledge of GA4 a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies based on insights
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner and collaborate effectively across departments.

The Omnichannel Enablement Consulting Team leads the development and execution of strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on enhancing engagement with patients, healthcare professionals (HCPs), Payers, and other industry stakeholders. The team is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns while identifying opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and revenue growth. The team drives customer engagement and operational effectiveness by adopting digital tools and data analytics.
In collaboration with various departments at Klick, the team manages client, partner, and vendor relationships to ensure successful project outcomes. The OE team provides strategic guidance on healthcare industry trends, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The team also fosters the growth of consultants, promoting a culture of innovation and learning. Additionally, they represent the organization at industry events, building partnerships and increasing visibility in the healthcare sector.
