Our new Direct to Consumer (D2C) team is responsible for accelerating our D2C journey, providing an amazing opportunity to shape Whirlpool's future. This Role In Summary
The Paid Media Manager will report to the Growth Marketing Director of the Direct to Consumer business. You'll be responsible for defining and executing the media strategy, managing all the paid channels, executing campaigns and analyzing KPIs with the full funnel view. You'll manage all paid media campaigns for D2C Whirlpool sites including those aimed at increasing awareness and lead generation, making sure every consumer interaction with our brands is an amazing experience. You'll test concepts faster, validate models quicker and accelerate our ecommerce business. Ultimately your role is to help owners and users of our products increase the value they receive throughout the ownership cycle.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Develop revenue projections for paid channels, optimizing budget allocation and ensuring return on investment
- Plan, structure and implement actions in Facebook, Google Ads, Affiliate and Retargeting channels
- Handle technical implementations such as conversion pixel implementations, discount coupons, display, XML (Extensible Markup Language) or API (Application Programming Interface) management
- Analyze, enrich, and ensure the quality of data to allow for effective use of full funnel reporting in business activities
- Monitor and verify results daily to evaluate changes in commercial routes or levers
- Manage the external agency and attend briefings and meetings for the realization of digital public pieces
- Analyze and automate reports to generate insights and perform tests on media channels, ensuring the best financial return and compliance with KPIs
- Collaborate with internal Commercial, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, Brand and Finance teams
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in performance marketing
Preferred Skills And Experiences
- Performance marketing experience at a fast-paced ecommerce company or agency
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads or similar certification
- Experience in retargeting and affiliate marketing
- Experience working with Adobe and Google Analytics
- Experience working with performance marketing KPIs and online media concepts (visits, click through rate (CTR), cost per acquisition (CPA), cost per click (CPC), bounce rate, impressions and conversion rate)
- Experience using advanced spreadsheet functions and formulas to analyze and manipulate complex datasets
- Tableau and data studio experience
- Experience increasing LTV (lifetime value) and user engagement
