Position at GroupM Nexus
Overview of job You will be the expert in the group who has depth experience and knowledge in Ecommerce business who can be the consultant to our key clients on building their Ecommerce business in the complex market across multiple Ecommerce platform include but not limited to JD,Taobao, Tmall.

Measures of success –
In three months:
- 掌握各主流电商平台的电商推广形式及操作
- 参与到知名品牌的电商推广活动中
In six months:
- 负责知名品牌主流电商渠道RTB广告的推广规划,投放及优化
- 熟识各类电商平台的广告投放
In 12 months:
- 成为主要的电商渠道RTB广告投放的专家
- 整体负责某品牌的电商推广规划及投放
Responsibilities of the role:
- 负责天猫/京东/苏宁/唯品会/抖音/快手等电商平台店铺免费+付费流量的获取;根据电商节点及店铺节奏制定投放投放策略以及数据跟踪分析;
- 负责各电商平台内推广工具的优化操作以及数据跟踪分析报告,提高店铺、广告的点击率、浏览量和转化率,协助完成目标和销售额;
- 主导店铺的月度、季度、年度分析(其中包括行业分析,竞品分析),根据分析结果给出建议;
- 快速回应品牌对策略的疑问和需求,做好内部外部沟通桥梁;
- 协助沟通店铺投放素材文案线稿和跟进设计,收集行业数据情况,并提出优化建议;
- 辅导团队成员成长,在工作上给予指引,能够主动承担一定的团队组织或为团队增加价值的工作。带领新人熟悉团队工作模式,负责新人的在岗培训
- 做好老客户维系,保持长期合作关系
What you will need:
- 本科学历以上,电商推广经验3年以上
- 熟悉各主流平台推广工具和站外流量获取的使用和数据分析应用
- 擅长数据跟踪与分析,能根据数据变化,及时调整人群、出价、创意等
- 有较强的沟通能力、理解能力、逻辑分析能力、团队合作精神
