The Role
As an Ad Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end to end process of ad campaign delivery, optimisation, and reporting. You will work closely with account management and creative teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time, run smoothly, and meet performance goals.

Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in Ad Operations or Digital Advertising role
- Strong understanding of ad trafficking, tag management, and digital advertising technologies
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Track record of delivering high-quality results in deadline-driven environments
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads and DV360
- Understanding of tracking technologies
- Commitment to innovative thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end management of digital advertising campaigns
- Ensure accurate and timely trafficking of digital ads
- Troubleshoot and resolve ad delivery and performance issues
- Maintain and update internal ad operations processes
- Produce and manage key documents
- Provide communication and support to the team
- Assist in maintaining AdOps workflows & SLAs
- Meet all work deadlines and exceed expectations
- Guide and help develop junior team members
