Primary Role
Serve as the performance team lead across your dedicated brands, providing the highest level of escalation support for items specifically pertaining the team's activation and strategy of these channels before moving onto senior leadership/ external teams. Work should be done with a primary focus of ensuring team growth, the innovation of our digital approach, and the upholding of the overall client relationship and opinion of the performance team. The Associate Director should be well-versed in the strategic and tactical aspects of campaign planning and execution across Programmatic, Social, and Search.
Necessary Skills & Roles
- Manage a team of people ensuring you focus on the core principles of effective management
- In partnership with Enterprise/ Omnicom leadership, negotiate large agency deals across clients creating wins for the client and agency
- Master the ability to lead client relationships, managing all day-to-day activities including strategic and tactical campaign management, serving as the lead managerial contact for client and internal/external partners within your channels
- Identify opportunities to bring in additional teams within the agency in efforts to provide the highest level of agency service, maximizing a broader strategic investment solution for the client
- Improve current processes or ways of doing something by challenging the conventional way of thinking and enacting insightful and strategically rational updates to your team's operations
- Drive maximum savings for the client through innovative client strategies or account stewardship
- Master the ability to summarize the results and thought behind key agency value propositions, ultimately to be presented to the client and applicable senior management
- Establish a future focused and productive relationship with your team and channels, ensuring that all team members have the necessary tools to grow in their career/ knowledge of these mediums, as well as effectively deliver against our client needs

Compensation
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$70,000—$120,000 USD
Work Location
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
