Our team partners with all types of candidates to identify opportunities within our portfolio that are mutually aligned in terms of interests and engage your passion for building. This posting is to help us connect with people who would be interested in joining an early-stage company as their Growth Lead or Head of Growth (and first marketing hire) to oversee growth marketing efforts, execute marketing, and coordinate the team's growth plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Continue growing Twitter attention for the team (will need to be in the crypto Twitter trenches), following and participating in the latest DeFi trends and narratives.
- Be savvy with data. You'll leverage analytical tools to monitor, track, and measure awareness, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Owning the GTM strategy & launch for new products, features, and partnerships.
- Manage the company's content pipeline, draft articles/research, create Twitter threads, and craft visuals with the help of freelancers.
- Constantly drive attention to the team on Crypto Twitter.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
- 3+ years of background in Growth, Marketing, or a similar role.
- Passion for everything in DeFi (products, thought leaders, trends, and users)
- A strong affinity towards crypto culture (Permissionless/decentralization advocacy, complex research, degen gambling, and terminally online sleuthing)
- Expertise at translating complex ideas into simple, exciting, viral content
