About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Paid Search Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and management of paid search campaigns for a renowned luxury brand. In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive paid search strategies that align with the brand's business objectives, optimizing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing, etc.), and driving measurable results. You will also collaborate closely with the SEO team to ensure alignment between paid search and organic search efforts.
What You'll Do
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven paid search strategies that maximize ROI, drive qualified traffic, and meet client goals. Manage all aspects of the paid search strategy, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad copy optimization.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, management, and optimization of paid search campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.). Continuously monitor and analyse performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.), adjusting strategies to improve results and meet performance targets.
- Collaboration with SEO: Work closely with the SEO team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment between paid search and organic search strategies. Share insights from paid search campaigns to inform the broader SEO strategy, such as keyword performance, ad copy trends, and audience insights.
- Budget and Bidding Management: Manage and allocate the paid search budget effectively, ensuring optimal spend distribution across campaigns. Regularly review and adjust bidding strategies to achieve the most efficient cost-per-click (CPC) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
- Reporting & Analysis: Provide detailed performance reports and analysis to clients, including insights, recommendations, and action plans for ongoing optimization. Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure, track, and report on campaign performance.
- Testing & Optimization: Continuously test ad copy, keywords, landing pages, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance. Leverage A/B testing and other testing methodologies to refine and improve paid search campaigns.
- Client Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for the client's paid search account, presenting campaign performance, strategic recommendations, and optimizations to the client. Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with the client, providing expert advice on all aspects of paid search marketing.
About You
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing paid search campaigns, preferably in the luxury, retail, or fashion industry.
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and other paid search platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO and its integration with paid search marketing.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using analytics platforms like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey campaign performance and insights to clients and internal teams.
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics setup, and remarketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
