Role Purpose
The Associate is responsible for the day-to-day management of Quality KPIs and providing direction and development to Media teams. The Associate is a steward of buying and implementation process and provides mid-level strategic recommendations to the activation and planning teams that will be presented to brand clients. The role will include both client service responsibilities and hands-on-keyboard campaign management.
Key Accountabilities
- Analyze data, interpret, and communicate insights from multiple sources to make optimizations to enhance performance
- Assist activation team members in troubleshooting campaign set up, tag management, brand safety set up, performance and pace fluctuations
- Contribute to strategic growth of account through generating insights and operational/technology-driven efficiencies
- Develop presentation creation and communication skills
- Support the compilation of key deliverables for wrap up reporting including reporting and analysis, insights, and visualization
- Accountable for partner communication and deliverables including managing data discrepancies, general inquiries, and providing insights
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and report Quality KPI performance on a weekly basis to drive performance optimizations
- Contribute to the negotiation process with site vendors, based on GM Media effectiveness goals and Quality KPI requirements
- Support in the creation of a monthly newsletter
- Meet with media reps and ad quality partners for new initiatives that could be innovative for brands
- Support team leads to create upfront negotiation strategies and execute the negotiation of yearly and on-going contracts and supplemental proposals at set rates for the year
- Support team leads with strategizing ways to use media dollars with Sr. Associate/Manager most effectively to the greatest benefit for our client
- Proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate
- Contribute within internal status meetings with Strategy, Activation, Analytics and Ad Ops to present and keep up to date performance management documents
- Capable of managing multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them to meet timelines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (marketing, advertising, finance, or analytics degree preferred)
- Interest in Digital & Programmatic Media
- Previous internship or work experience in a professional environment preferred
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and verbal/written communications
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Comfortable with analysis and data
