Your Mission
- Take operational & strategic responsibility for all (European) performance marketing channels with a focus on paid social and SEA
- Be an absolute KPI professional always keen to get to grips with the latest developments and implement them successfully
- Responsible for an 8-digit budget in 8 European markets
- Define performance strategies in all channels and ensure the achievement of performance targets
- Help scale the brand profitably to 100m sales in the next few years
- Enjoy testing new channels & tools with your team and have innovative ideas to further optimize performance
- Be hands-on and support your team in the operational business
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of performance marketing experience in the e-commerce environment
- Creative and have a good eye for appealing and effective advertising material
- Experience with the responsibility of high budgets
- Very familiar with different types of campaigns
- Analytical, enjoy numbers and tricky problems and strong in conceptual thinking
- Speak English (German, Italian or French is a plus) very well
- Characterized by clear communication skills
