Position Overview
As the Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of end-to-end growth campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires an individual who is data-driven, results-oriented, and experienced in crafting multi-channel marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth, working closely with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and other Go-to-Market (GTM) teams. You will be responsible for implementing demand generation and growth strategies that include email marketing, paid media, ABM, webinars, and more to drive high-quality leads through the funnel. This position requires someone with a proven track record in B2B marketing, especially in SaaS or high-tech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of multi-channel growth marketing campaigns, including email, nurture, paid media, organic content, community engagement, and in-person events.
- Program Building: Develop scalable marketing programs such as email nurtures, webinars, digital advertising, and ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts.
- Full Funnel Optimization: Own full-funnel metrics, including reach, engagement, MQLs, MQAs, SALs, and pipeline impact, ensuring all campaigns are optimized for success.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, SDRs, product marketing, and other GTM teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and product initiatives.
- Data-Driven Insights: Use data to inform decisions, continuously optimizing campaigns through A/B testing and performance tracking. Deep understanding of marketing analytics, dashboards, and intent data platforms (e.g., Demandbase).
- Segmentation & Personalization: Develop sophisticated segmentation and targeting strategies to drive personalized experiences across all touchpoints, improving engagement and conversion rates.
- ABM & Demand Generation: Implement ABM strategies, including "one-to-few" campaigns, designed to reach key accounts, and use demand capture tactics to convert them through the sales funnel.
- Website Optimization: Improve the web experience through strategies like reducing form friction, personalization for known visitors, and optimizing conversion paths.
- Stakeholder Management & Leadership: Influence and communicate with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and execution of projects.
- Orchestration of GTM Strategy: Serve as a central hub for marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution across all GTM functions, from demand generation to content strategy.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of quality and are executed on time.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or related fields within a high-growth B2B SaaS or technology company.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on pipeline generation.
- Deep understanding of marketing funnels, ABM strategies, and metrics-driven campaign optimization.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with demand capture and intent platforms (e.g., Demandbase) and web optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proven success in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with sales, SDRs, and product marketing teams.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
