Account Director is where you’ll start, but we’re always planning for where you’ll go. Our Account Directors are all expected to hone skills that will help build on their careers. Those skills include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to your clients while being engaged and passionate about delivering outstanding creative ideas.
- Becoming an expert in our clients’ business and serve as the clear voice of the client within our company.
- Ensuring that our clients are being well served, while simultaneously advancing our positioning and growing our client relationships.
QualificationsAcross 7+ years of experience, you know what it takes to slay Client Services. These are the core skills you’ve totally nailed:
- Interactive marketing
- The ability to rapidly grasp client marketing objectives
- The ability to rapidly grasp technical concepts
- The ability to manage Accounts with many moving parts
- Client management relationship skills
- The ability to manage and grow marquee accounts
- A knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (HCP and DTC)

Compensation Range: $115,500- $194,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
