Job Description
Well Design Studio, a full-service branding and communications studio, is looking for a versatile and organized Digital Marketing Strategist to join our growing team. We're looking for a driven, hands-on, and creative team player who has experience creating results for clients, developing high-quality strategies, and executing content.
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you'll support or lead the development and execution of paid and organic marketing strategies, primarily focusing on content creation for social media, blogs, and email marketing. You'll work across various industries—including nonprofits, municipalities, B2B, and B2C clients—developing content that pushes our client's brand identity and resonates with their audiences.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Social Media Management: Develop and manage engaging, high-quality content for client's various marketing channels, including copywriting, graphics, and video creation.
- Multimedia Content Development: Create strategies and produce various content types, including blogs, social media posts, infographics, newsletters, and short-form videos, to support client campaigns.
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaigns: Design and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that integrate paid ads, organic social media, and email marketing, ensuring content aligns with client objectives.
- Copywriting & Brand Storytelling: Write compelling, on-brand copy for blogs, social media, websites, and email newsletters. Develop clear, engaging copy tailored to each client's audience and objectives.
- Trendspotting & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new content formats, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Client Communication & Support: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all things content and marketing.
- Project Management: Manage multiple content-driven projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing deadlines, resources, and budgets effectively.
Requirements
- 2-3+ years of relevant Marketing experience, with extra credit given to those with agency experience.
- Proficiency with leveraging social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Sprout Social, etc.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads Manager, TikTok Business, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Proven experience in executing email marketing campaigns and developing funnels to achieve marketing objectives.
- Understanding of public and media relations tactics as it relates to integrated campaigns.
- Experience handling large media budgets and developing insights based on campaign results
- Have a passion for social media, be an avid user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities, and platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for internal and client relations
- Strong attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities
- Self-driven and passionate
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
