Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Advertising, Business, Journalism, Communications, Information Systems, Statistics preferred)
- GPA of 3.4
- Part-time/summer job/internship experience is a must
- Customer service experience in any industry
- Optional but beneficial skills: Advertising/marketing agency experience, digital marketing experience, basic HTML, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Docs, copywriting for the web

Role Responsibilities
- Partner with senior digital marketers on large campaigns
- Analyze performance data and prepare monthly reports
- Develop SEO strategies and action plans
- Manage PPC campaigns and budgets
- Perform market and competitor research
- Develop content strategies
- Manage CRO projects
- Perform website testing and optimization
- Interpret web analytics and market research
- Manage email marketing campaigns
- Optimize web content
- Implement technical website fixes
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $44,000 - $46,500
