momox is seeking a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager for their full-time, hybrid role in Berlin, focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement through paid marketing campaigns.
Your Mission
- Campaign Optimization: Manage and optimize campaigns across SEM, Shopping, Affiliates, and Paid Social
- Strategy Development: Create and implement multi-channel campaigns to drive profitable growth and new customer acquisition
- Performance Analysis: Continuously optimize performance marketing campaigns to improve main KPIs (ROAS, POAS, CAC)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Peers, Product, BI, and MarTech teams to improve team and company success
- Reporting: Present campaign outcomes, insights, and strategic recommendations to Team Lead, C-levels, and Marketing teams
Your Profile
- Experience: Several years in Performance Marketing, with expertise in eCommerce, fashion, or similar
- Platform Expertise: Proficiency in managing campaigns across Google Ads, Merchant Center, Bing, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Awin
- Data-Driven Insight: Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, and performance metrics
- Optimization Expertise: In-depth knowledge of tracking, attribution, and A/B testing methodologies
- Language Skills: Fluency in English; German skills are a big plus
