Job Description
As the Performance Marketing Manager for Yachts, you will be part of the Brand & Acquisition Marketing team and lead all aspects of marketing strategies that strive to acquire customers and improve brand awareness. You will manage a team of two Digital Acquisition Specialists, ensuring effective campaign management across key markets, including the Americas, Europe, and UK/South Africa/Australia. You will leverage tools like Google Analytics and AdWords, as well as Meta platforms, to drive success and play a crucial role in shaping our digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

What you’ll do
Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand engagement.
- Align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and acquisition goals.
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor a small team to deliver successful marketing campaigns.
- Ensure Digital Acquisition Specialists collaborate effectively with Marketing Managers to provide tailored support.
- Coordinate with external agencies to align efforts with internal strategies and critical metrics.
Digital Expertise
- Stay updated on digital media trends, focusing on platforms like Google and Meta.
- Leverage tools such as Google Analytics and AdWords to optimise campaign value.
Campaign Optimisation
- Implement attribution models to measure marketing impact and refine campaigns.
- Use data insights to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration
- Work closely with CRM, SEO, Content, and Customer Experience teams to ensure cohesive strategies.
- Integrate customer feedback into marketing plans.
Reporting and Budgeting
- Monitor campaign performance, providing data-driven reports and insights.
- Manage large-scale budgets, optimising spend for maximum return on investment.
Creative Services
- Be responsible for and align creative outputs with marketing goals.
- Evaluate agency performance, making recommendations for improvement.
What you'll bring
- Proven performance marketing experience in customer acquisition and brand awareness, ideally in travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in digital platforms like Google and Meta.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and attribution modelling.
