Job Responsibilities
- Lead project pursuit teams, manage pursuit processes and follow quality procedures for document production for full pursuit lifecycle, including interview preparation and coaching.
- Assist our Market Sector Leaders with the development of local marketing plans, market analysis and support business development activities
- Work with internal Client Managers and Teams in the development of marketing strategies, client development plans, and pursuit capture planning
- Conduct pursuit capture planning and proposal coordination meetings with technical teams
- Conceptualize, research and produce marketing materials, proposals, promotions and presentations
- Manage and produce virtual interviews
- Develop and implement procedures and processes for identification, screening and selection of pursuits
- Develop and coordinate graphics, write and edit layout materials
- Write non-technical text, and edit and proofread marketing collateral
- Provide storyboarding and message development for proposals
- Be responsible for timely production and quality of marketing deliverables and communications
- Coordinate professional association events, including developing conference concepts, promotions and artwork
- Participate in SMPS, WTS and other professional organizations as appropriate
- Perform other duties as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field: Marketing, Business, Communications, English or Journalism
- Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
- Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person
- Local candidates
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
- Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight
