Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns [Leader]
PubNub is looking for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional with experience in the B2B tech industry to join our team as the Demand Generation and Integrated Campaigns [Leader]. This is a critical individual contributor role, reporting to the VP of Revenue Marketing. You will be responsible for creating and executing awareness and demand generation campaigns that will drive qualified leads through the sales funnel, generate pipeline, and enable PubNub to reach revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Growth: Develop and execute strategies that increase brand awareness, lead generation, and engagement within our key target markets using both digital and traditional channels to drive sales pipeline and brand awareness.
- Design and Implement Campaigns: Build and launch integrated campaigns, collaborating with the Revenue Marketing team which includes Content, Design, Events, Social, and Product Marketing, as well as Sales, Operations, and other key stakeholders.
- Hands-On Execution: Plan, develop, and personally execute demand generation programs and integrated marketing campaigns, including outbound campaigns to verticals, awareness and thought leadership campaigns, content promotions, and sales initiatives to drive leads and pipeline.
- Account-Based Strategies: Manage and lead the execution of Account-Based tactics across channels and teams to drive measurable outcomes within target accounts.
- Digital & In-person Events: Working with product marketing, be responsible for the execution of webinars and other live digital events - including promotion, logistics, and follow-up. Oversee external resources to plan and execute events crucial to meeting awareness and pipeline goals.
- Nurture Programs: Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to develop nurture programs that guide prospects through the funnel, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with business development and sales leadership to produce campaign training and enablement materials.
- Data-Driven Insights: Set campaign KPIs, measure and analyze campaign performance and iterate for improvement.
Requirements
- Relevant Experience in the Tech Industry: 8+ years in demand generation and campaign management with a track record of driving high growth in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce CRM, Marketo marketing automation, and 6sense for ABM is a must.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
- Collaborative Leadership: A hands-on, collaborative player/coach who can lead and guide but isn't afraid to roll-up their sleeves to get the job done.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Experience in driving revenue through multi-channel strategies.
- Channel Experience: Deep understanding of traditional, digital, and emerging demand generation channels.
- Adaptability and Agility: Ability to quickly learn new technologies, products, and systems, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- Creative & Innovative: A resourceful approach with a "can-do" attitude to tackle challenges head-on and deliver results.
