Job Description
As a Paid Media Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting media strategy leads with tactical media research & planning. Your responsibilities will include executing audience insights, creating presentation templates, organizing campaign deliverables, and exploring partner relationships for both digital and offline media. Attention to detail and organization will be key to success in this role as you will organize media proposals, ensure timely & accurate client deliverables, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights to achieve maximum impact through holistic media strategies. You will play a key part in communicating cross-functional media recommendations and organizing details to be used as a collaborative resource throughout campaign planning. Additionally, you will work closely to enhance collaboration across strategy, digital, and offline teams to develop media plans that are comprehensive & in alignment with the client briefs.
Key Responsibilities
General
- Ensure accurate and timely campaign launch and execution.
- Support vendor & partner relationships, and source new relationships.
- Organize audience research & insights using media planning tools.
- Support development of media strategies ensuring alignment with client objectives.
- Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations as necessary to enhance results.
- Collaborate on tactical media plans & executions with digital & offline leads.
- Estimate campaign performance & project KPI values to anticipate media impact.
- Organize data for reporting, insights organization, and client communication.
- Encourage an environment of transparency & collaboration across teams & specialities.
Planning
- Request for proposals from partners (extra big 4).
- Participation in the development of the digital tactical plan, ensuring simulations in all tools and general benches.

Activation
- Responsible for building the taxonomy for the campaigns.
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing materials received (creative formats, specs, copies) with the production team.
- Operationalization of digital campaigns.
- Responsible for seeing which organic posts entered for each title and placing them in the spreadsheet for approval with Title Manager.
- Campaign Reporting and Optimization: Assistance in the construction of planning and reporting slides.
- Daily monitoring of results, being responsible for data extraction and analysis.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in media.
- Familiarity of local market and regional considerations.
- Cross functional exposure to various media types (digital & offline).
- Hands on campaign management experience.
- High attention to detail.
- Strong project management & organizational skills.
- Ability to think creatively & make strategic media connections.
