Role Overview
As a part of the Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions team you will be responsible for developing world class digital products, capabilities and marketing programs that support our global markets and help drive performance marketing growth.
In the role of Manager: Paid Search Activation and Enablement, you will be a part of the Enterprise Performance Channel Enablement team, responsible for delivering critical Paid Search channel marketing capabilities, campaigns, and innovation. This team plays a significant part in delivering on revenue-driving business outcomes.
A successful candidate will have experience across both activation and innovation in Paid Search. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team of experts, while also gaining exposure to many marketing channels and teams across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- End to end ownership of PPC campaign execution.
- Measured against the achievement of targets, with focus on improving key metrics throughout the funnel.
- Lead and develop team of 1-2 PPC subject matter experts responsible for day-to-day program activation.
- Ownership of SEM strategy, including innovation of campaign structures, keyword management, bidding strategies, ad copy creation.
- Partner closely with Channel Analytics and Marketing teams on development of a robust testing program and customer-centric approach to incrementally improve performance and scale of program.
- Work in close partnership with marketing team to develop search roadmaps that support both marketing priorities and channel best practices.
- Regularly monitoring and analyzing performance, making use of analytical data and insights available to make recommendations strategic business recommendations via close partnership with Channel Analytics counterparts.
- Regularly presenting strategies, plans and channel performance to senior stakeholders in marketing team and other central teams.
- Building strong partnership with Product teams, CXO teams, and external agency partners to ensure our channel program considers the entire prospect journey and is optimized accordingly.
- Monitoring internal and external digital trends and technologies to continually improve the program and maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of delivering results and project management, leading projects from conception through implementation.
- 4+ years experience paid search activation, specifically with Google and Bing.
- Google Adwords Certification.
- Preferred: Experience leading a team.
- Proven track record of building relationships with internal and external partners.
- Skilled at clear, concise communication.
- Experience managing large budgets in a target-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Strategic self-starter who is comfortable navigating white space.
- An understanding of the wider digital marketing landscape.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
Salary Range
$80,000.00 to $155,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we’ll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
