Hello Future Intern,
Are you eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute fresh ideas to shape Pelico’s marketing vision for 2025? We’re searching for a highly motivated intern to join our team and make a real impact.
Your work will primarily focus on the US and French markets, and you’ll collaborate closely with teams across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive deep into marketing strategies (Events, Communication, Paid Ads, and Outbound), gaining hands-on experience in one of the most dynamic and fast-growing scale-ups within the French Tech ecosystem. Sounds exciting?
What you'll do? 🦾
- Conduct industry and persona research to refine our targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Plan, organize, and execute physical and digital events to engage key executives, managing all stages from planning to communication and execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with event vendors, including negotiation, logistics, and communication.
- Launch and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Email, Social Media, Paid Ads) to drive lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to improve alignment and maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
- Manage event budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and analyze event KPIs, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
What You Bring 🎯
- Currently pursuing a Business or Marketing degree (Bac +4) at a Business School or University.
- Available for a 6-month internship with a valid internship agreement provided by your school.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
- A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a proactive approach to launching initiatives.
- High energy and eagerness to learn.
- Solution-oriented, detail-focused, and reliable.
- Team player who prioritizes collective goals over individual achievements.
- Strong analytical skills, with a knack for structuring and interpreting data.
- Tech-savvy, leveraging technology to amplify business impact.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); French is a plus.

Recruitment Process

- First interview with Manoj, Growth Marketing Manager (your future manager).
- Take-home case study (1-week deadline).
- Case study presentation with Manoj & Faustine, Head of Demand Generation, and possibly other team members.
- Offer letter.
