The LIVE Operations team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike.
The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic Growth Marketing Manager to help us grow the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. In this role, you will be working to incentivise through 1:many education, campaigns and promotions, un-managed, beginner creators with the hopes of growing them into consistent and monetising creators.
This role requires someone who can be a structured project manager, excellent communicator, master executor, and great data analyst, as you will have to constantly measure success in order to iterate your strategies.
Responsibilities
- In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilise Emerging Creators in Germany, Austria & Switzerland in order to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
- Define strategies & operation actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc).
- Monitor overall revenue growth, and meet monthly targets.
- Monitor and maintain data structure for the different layers.
- Coordinate creation & deployment video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers.
- Plan, write copy and deploy in-app push notifications to increase Go LIVE rate & monetisation.
- Create educational plans for Emerging creators.
- Decide on education types (text, video, webinar, email), create a monthly schedule, and deploy.
- Build a Emerging Creators Community, decide on the best channel, and be the 'face' of the Community.
- Create, configure and launch Emerging Campaigns (Competitions) with rewards.
- Customise campaigns to defined Emerging layers, monitor their effectiveness, tailor campaign tasks and gameplay.
- Localise campaigns to country's cultural moments.
- Collaborate with Strategy, Product and Marketing to deploy all above activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in German and English.
- 4+ years of working experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles, preferably on a Tech or Content Platform.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and value propositions.
- Strong project management and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or above.
- Collaborative team player mindset and robust cross-functional stakeholder mgmt skills, continuously striving for higher performance while contributing actively to a collective goal of success.
- Comfortable reading & manipulating data on a daily basis.
- Able to generate hypothesis from data, and continuously iterate approach.
- Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats.
- Real enthusiasm for livestreaming and sincere interest in creator networks' and creators' needs and points of view.
