About The Role
Growth at DriveWealth is focused on expanding revenue from existing partners by deepening client relationships and diversifying asset offerings. As a Growth Intern, you will support our mission to drive revenue and activity from our partner roster under the guidance of our Chief Growth Officer, John Shammas. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders in sales and relationship management to execute initiatives that align with our 2025 growth strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in analyzing partner performance data and identifying areas for deeper engagement
- Support all aspects marketing and PR aimed at increasing asset growth and partner activity
- Help prepare reports and presentations for partner meetings, tracking the progress of growth initiatives across the firm
- Plan and execute initiatives to drive existing DriveWealth partner growth
What You’ll Need
- Relevant project-based or internship experience in partner/client-facing roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Robust knowledge and passion for fintech industry
- Independent thinker with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability and ability to learn quickly
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors in Business or a related field with a graduation date between December 2025 and June 2027
- Past experience in marketing, sales operations, business strategy, management consulting, or other equivalent experience preferred
- Be available full-time and in-person for 40 hours per week
- Must reside in NY-metro area, relocation support will not be provided
- Must be available from Monday, June 2, 2025 to Friday, August 15, 2025

Compensation
Compensation package offerings are based on candidate experience and technical qualifications, as it relates to the role. These are identified and determined throughout your interviewing experience.
Please note: this role is expected to come into our office on a cadence set by the Hiring Manager/Team.

$35—$35 USD
