OverviewAs an Art Director, you have the proven chops to art direct and design, and the strategic imagination it takes to bring big ideas to life. You are in full-on creation mode. Jumping at new briefs and energized by new insights, we are conceptual machines. Working under a Creative Director, you put your craft and skills to good use, implementing our knowledge into everyday work. While often involved in all conceptual phases of a project, the majority of time is spent on execution.You are always playing, thinking and experimenting with different ways to express big ideas. Continuing to gain confidence in presentation style and learning more about how the work we do fits into the greater creative process.

Responsibilities- Supports larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
- Assists in asset creation and delivers work they’re proud of
- Has a strong strategic sense and can concept against a creative brief
- Stays current on latest industry trends
- Maintains high quality on creative deliverables.
- Assists creative lead in research and presentation materials.
- Presents work internally.
- Proactive in finding ways to support the creative team
Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
- 3-5 years experience
- 1 – 2 years art directing for an advertising or marketing agency
- Exceptional portfolio that includes strong art direction and conceptual thinking.
- Strong command of standard design and layout applications.
- Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape.

Compensation Range:$66,785-$92,295 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
