We are looking for an Growth Marketing Manager

What You’ll Be Contributing
- Create and implement growth marketing strategies that align with Hypertec’s business objectives and drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention;
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, PPC, SEO) to attract and engage target audiences;
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer data to inform strategy adjustments and maximize ROI;
- Identify and optimize key touchpoints in the customer journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction;
- Maintain and keep HubSpot database up to date with clean data, and, ensure data is correctly synced with Microsoft Dynamics CRM;
- Work closely with product marketing, sales, and product management to ensure cohesive messaging and seamless execution of marketing strategies;
- Monitor the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize growth;
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure Hypertec remains at the forefront of innovation;
- Develop clear, concise, analytical Marketing ROI and KPI reports and dashboards that can easily be shared cross-functionally and with executive leadership.
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field;
- 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, ideally within the B2B technology space;
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns;
- Expertise in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Dynamics), analytics platforms (Google Analytics), ad campaign platforms (Google / LinkedIn Ads);
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in the IT infrastructure, cloud services, or high-performance computing industry is highly desirable;
