Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid search campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Amazon, and other marketplaces. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for driving results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Amazon, marketplaces, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Manage budgets and bids to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Manage affiliate marketing initiatives.
Profile
The ideal candidate has a strong desire to drive online sales through data-driven strategies and is motivated by achieving measurable results. You will be part of a small, agile team responsible for the online business for Nilfisk Consumer, where collaboration and adaptability are key. Comfort with numbers and a solid understanding of Excel are essential. Experience in PPC, keyword research, and affiliate marketing is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is more important.
