Role Introduction
We are now excited to invite applications for the role of Senior Programmatic Director with our awesome team in Melbourne.
The Role
The Senior Programmatic Director will develop best in class strategies and management across the Programmatic disciplines on assigned clients, to manage and develop the team and serve as a point of escalation as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Works closely with Head of Programmatic Solutions and Investment Leads, develops and evangelises overall strategy and approach.
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team.
- Manages team and leads recruiting efforts for assigned roles.
- Owns the team development process to train and develop team abilities.
- Proactively looks for ways to improve current processes or introduce new approaches that will contribute to the clients’ success.
- Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues.
A Bit About You
- Proven programmatic experience in agency, publisher, or client roles.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of multiple Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs).
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing people effectively.
- Strong presentation skills, capable of effectively communicating the programmatic story to clients.
