Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing end-user support for our internal toolset. The ideal candidate will possess specialized product administration knowledge of Atlassian products and will be instrumental in supporting our team ways-of-working transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.).
- Assist in the administration and maintenance of the internal toolset.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian suite.
- Support cloud migrations and design custom workflow solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate Atlassian tools into software engineering processes.
- Train and mentor junior associates to build internal expertise.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in cloud migrations and custom workflow design is a plus.
- Previous help desk or technical support experience preferred.
- High English level
