Daleenda is on the lookout for a highly talented Art Director to elevate our creative team. As the Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our visual strategy across various platforms. Your leadership will inspire collaboration among designers, marketers, and product teams to produce innovative and captivating designs that resonate with our audience and reflect our brand's ethos.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of creative concepts and designs that meet client objectives and engage our target audience.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless integration of visual elements across campaigns and products.
- Mentor and oversee a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a creative environment.
- Maintain and evolve the overall art direction, ensuring brand consistency in all visual communications.
- Research and incorporate industry trends and new design approaches to keep the company at the forefront of creativity.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet both the creative and budgetary needs.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients, effectively articulating vision and strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably as an Art Director.
- Exceptional portfolio that demonstrates a strong design aesthetic and a range of creative styles.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and visual storytelling.
