Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to determine their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
- Create detailed designs, drawings, and specifications for various projects, including residential and commercial spaces.
- Select color schemes, furniture, flooring, and decor to enhance the aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, materials, and techniques to provide innovative solutions.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your interior design projects and creative skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- Excellent understanding of color theory, spatial planning, and design principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
