The opportunity
The purpose of the Marketing & Insights Lead of the Brand & Marketing Team is to partner with BMC, Marketing Operations leads, agencies, and internal partners to achieve EY brand goals and ensure speed, quality, value, and compliance through the activation lifecycle.
The Lead will also double up as a creative problem solver to ensure processes can be executed more efficiently, and actively participate in cascading shared learnings and best practices within teams, enabling knowledge sharing and innovation.
The role requires a strong analytical background with a passion for data dissection and visualization, along with the ability to transform insights. The Lead will also play a crucial role in connecting different customer touch points through different channels (External & Internal) to articulate impact and insights.
Key Responsibilities
- The Lead Marketing & Insights delivers insights across client life cycle through clearly attributing performance and impact for branding and marketing activations.
- Oversees the design and execution of the insight’s projects aligned to business goals and objectives.
- Define and build marketing insights framework aligned to business goals and objectives.
- Closely work with business leadership team to put technical requirements into marketing and insights roadmap.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret large datasets from various sources, including digital advertising platforms, website analytics, and customer behaviour data.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform campaign optimization and overall marketing strategies.
- Recommend optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to enable data driven approach for informed decisions.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and meaningful way.
- Provide insights into audience behaviours and preferences, enabling the creation of highly targeted and personalized campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.
- Share insights with the team and propose innovative ways to leverage data for marketing success.
- Demonstrate eye for detail and ensure all deliverables are of high quality.
- Establish appropriate processes and mechanisms to enable teams with seamless execution and agile decision making.
- Build a diverse and inclusive, high-performance team which can navigate ambiguity with ease and dexterity.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus.
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, a generous aptitude to learn the organization’s pattern of communication.
- 8-12 years of experience with top agencies, digital marketing, and measurement, preferably in a marketing and insights role.
- Exposed and well versed with digital eco system (Marketing Funnel) to connect dots and draw insights right from content creation to activation to measurement and attribution.
- Proficiency in tools and platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and present complex data findings for diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a passion for accuracy and precision.
- Excellent MS Excel skills.
- Ability to analyse, organize and integrate information and data dump into clear and concise presentations.
- Knowledge of social and digital media research and analytics.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.
- Potential exposure in adoption of Gen AI into marketing activations and process improvements.
