MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and grow Le Creuset European marketing programs through first class paid media execution utilizing partnerships, brand content, campaigns & digital growth projects. Your focus will be on defining and optimizing paid strategies to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency of our campaigns in the European markets. Creating and executing media strategies, bringing brand campaigns to life across Europe to help local teams and Le Creuset brand connect with consumers throughout the purchase funnel. This role requires hands-on experience in delivering fully integrated experiences to drive traffic, engagement, increase conversion and ROI optimization across all digital paid channels, with a focus on e-Commerce.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across paid channels, together with local marketing teams and external agencies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize paid campaigns by market to achieve business objectives.
- Run A/B tests and experiments to constantly enhance campaign results.
- Collaborate with different departments and teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Deliver concise presentations on paid channels and campaign performance to internal and local stakeholders, offering clear insights, learnings, and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
- Work closely with internal marketing teams including content, SEO, social media, e-mail marketing and marketing automation to ensure integrated, cohesive marketing efforts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with eCommerce team to capture and utilize latest data, trends and product insights to feed into Paid channel strategy.
- Work closely with reporting and measurement team to advance learning and create a competitive edge for Le Creuset.
- The candidate is expected to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability if the responsibilities outlined above are adjusted or modified as needed to align with evolving business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Required proficiency in English with a focus on business communication as part of a European team; additional languages (i.e. Spanish, French, or German) will be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
- Experience in a D2C company (Retail preferably) will be a plus.
- Proven experience in paid media management (3 years minimum).
- Hands-on experience in managing successful D2C digital marketing campaigns across the purchase funnel, and various channels: Paid Social, PPC, Display, Retargeting, Affiliates.
- Paid Performance (eCommerce focus) experience is required.
- Solid knowledge of Paid Social and web analytics is a must, including experience in data analysis.
- Experience with A/B and multivariate testing, working in agile to methodology to test various hypothesis to apply learnings simultaneously across markets and channels.
- Up to date with the latest trends in marketing technology.
- Experience in agency coordination.
- High proficiency in Excel or dashboard tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Delivers high-quality, detail-oriented work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple campaigns.
