About The Role
As a Senior Media Specialist in the Media Operations Team, you can expect to support, manage, optimise and report on media campaigns for a portfolio of clients individually, and as part of a broader team.
As part of the team you will be working with both high-profile brands as well as smaller advertisers.
Clients can be local, regional or global.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage social media campaigns across Meta or TikTok.
- Optimize campaigns and provide reporting on performance.
- Oversee project management and task delegation for self and junior team members.
- Manage client relationships and work collaboratively within client teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external team members.
About You
The essentials:
- Experience in social media management, specifically in campaign execution, optimization, and reporting on Meta or TikTok.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Experience working in a client team environment.
- Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions).
Nice To Have
- Experience in social media management for Snapchat, Pinterest, or Reddit.
- Familiarity with using Sprinklr for social media management.
- Experience in social media planning with high-impact placements (e.g., Spotlight Home/Search on Pinterest, TopView on TikTok, First Commercial on Snapchat).
- Skills in media performance reporting and analysis across multiple channels and objectives.
- Experience in managing client relationships in an embedded support role.
- Knowledge of process documentation creation, implementation, and refinement.
