WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
- Develop and implement PPC strategies that align with business objectives, leveraging both Google Ads and Facebook Ads to maximise performance and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting, analysing search trends and competitor insights to optimise campaign reach across platforms.
- Closely monitor campaign performance metrics on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads, uncovering opportunities for improvement and ensuring data-driven decisions.
- Manage bids and budgets for both Google and Facebook campaigns, utilising optimisation techniques to maximise impact and maintain cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure messaging consistency across all advertising channels.
- Provide clients with detailed performance insights, answering questions and proactively addressing concerns via Slack or email.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
- Continuously refine strategies and conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance and drive innovation.
YOU WILL NEED...
- At least 4+ years of proven experience managing Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns.
- Agency experience is required.
- Extensive eCommerce experience.
- Expertise in PPC skills, including advanced optimisation techniques, bid management, and campaign scaling.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Facebook Ads (including Meta Ads Manager).
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other PPC tools for campaign performance analysis.
- Strong skills in keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Proven experience designing and managing A/B tests to improve ad performance.
- Strong data analysis capabilities to identify trends and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Passionate about digital marketing with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for client interaction on Slack and other platforms.
- Must be eager to learn, adaptable, and stay current with industry trends and platform updates.
- Experience managing budgets and ensuring ROI for campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Available for meetings 9-5 CET, no more than 5 times per week.
- Comfortable working independently and flexibly as long as deadlines and goals are met.
