Job Description
As the Demand Generation Leader at Eye Security, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive multi-channel demand generation strategy. Your primary focus will be on driving (sales-ready) leads and optimizing funnel conversion rates across Europe. You will work closely with the revenue team to align efforts with sales objectives, ensuring revenue goals are achieved. In addition, you will have the opportunity to innovate and challenge the status quo, constantly striving for new levels of performance. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimise marketing campaigns. Collaboration will be key as you build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, providing cross-functional leadership and driving discussions on key sales initiatives. Effective communication and a strong command of marketing analytics, automation, and CRM platforms are essential in this role.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy.
- Collaborate with the Revenue function (SDRs and Sales) to align demand generation with sales efforts to achieve pipeline and revenue goals.
- Both manage and execute digital marketing campaigns across Europe.
- Hands on optimization of campaigns across the marketing and sales funnel to maximize leads, pipeline, revenue, and lifetime value while minimizing the cost of acquisition.
- Continuously challenge the status quo, experiment, and take risks while maintaining a strong focus on measurement and analysis.
- Leverage data to understand performance, trends, and issues, and provide data-driven recommendations for actionable changes.
- Build strong relationships with sales and marketing teams, providing cross-functional leadership and drive discussions on key sales initiatives.
- Effectively communicate project updates, timelines, processes, and results across relevant functions, showcasing the impact of DemGen.
- Own the buying and implementation of the entire mar-tech stack, creating a fully integrated and scalable system.
Job requirements
What You Will Need
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) in a B2B-market, preferably SAAS or Cybersecurity.
- Deep understanding of LinkedIn Ads and other ad platforms (eg., Meta, Reddit ads, Capterra) for B2B lead generation.
- Proven skills in managing and optimising paid media budgets to maximise ROI and lower CPA.
- Experience with ABM tactics and tools, aligned with sales.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot for CRM, automation, and reporting.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking tools (eg. Dreamdata).
- Familiarity with other martech tools to enable campaign success (eg. lead routing, intent data).
- Ability to implement and manage UTM tracking, goal conversion setups, and analytics.
- Understanding of website optimisation for conversions and A/B testing tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and ROI metrics.
- Track record of using data insights to refine and iterate on campaigns.
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of B2B marketing trends.
- Must have an inquisitive mindset, driven by a passion for learning, experimenting and challenging the status quo to fuel innovation.
