Role Summary
We’re seeking an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team for a maternity cover period. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our online acquisition strategy, managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, optimizing media spend, and ultimately delivering high-quality leads. You will play a crucial part in scaling our performance marketing efforts, analyzing results, and making strategic adjustments to drive growth and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Strategy and Management: Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display, partner channels) to drive online traffic, conversions, and lead generation.
- Budget Management: Monitor and optimize media spend across platforms, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI while meeting performance goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze campaign results, providing insights, tracking KPIs, and creating reports that guide future strategy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, creative, and product teams to align messaging, optimize the customer journey, and achieve business objectives.
- Audience Targeting and Segmentation: Leverage audience data and insights to refine targeting strategies, improve conversion rates, and enhance ad personalization.
- A/B Testing and Optimization: Drive ongoing experimentation to optimize creative assets, landing pages, and ad copy for performance improvement.
- Agency management: Liaise closely with our inhouse media buying team to ensure we are hitting all targets and all media and plans are optimised daily!
- Present performance updates weekly and monthly to key stakeholders.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure optimal lead acquisition strategies across brand and website platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing and scaling digital campaigns.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel; data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative Insight: Experience collaborating with creative teams, with an eye for engaging ad copy and website landing pages.
- Strong Communicator: Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to present data insights clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
