Growth Marketing Programs Specialist
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Programs Specialist to lead new outbound growth marketing campaigns and own events targeting security decision maker prospects that will help build new pipeline and drive new business revenue growth. The Growth Marketing Programs Specialist will be responsible for leading the budgeting, planning and development of new integrated campaigns including virtual summits, third-party webinars, bespoke reports and industry surveys focused on key topics that resonate with and engage new prospects that meet eSentire’s ideal customer profile. The role will also have end-to-end ownership of eSentire’s strategy and execution for our presence at Tier 1 events in North America.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute security-focused integrated horizontal and vertical growth marketing campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition and grow top line revenue for the business
- Determine budgets and identify vendors to work with on virtual summits and third-party webinars that can deliver leads that can meet our ideal customer profile
- Plan, develop and execute industry surveys and bespoke thought leadership reports focused on key security topics that feature eSentire SMEs and support in differentiating eSentire’s value proposition
- Coordinate different types of campaign tactics working with the broader marketing team including but not limited to content development, digital, social media, paid media, video, email and field marketing
- Leverage 6sense, account level intent and ABM approaches in coordination with cross-functional teams to maximize new business pipeline and marketing through the lifecycle
- Understand and be able to articulate our positioning, differentiators, vertical segmentation and how we compare to competing offerings
- Work cross-functionally with other marketing functions including marketing operations, corporate communications, field marketing and product marketing teams to execute marketing tactics
- Consider how programs and campaign content can be used in broader channel marketing efforts and with key go-to-market technology partners
- Work with marketing operations and SDR teams to follow best practices in lead management including scoring, routing and data accuracy within our marketing automation platform (Pardot) and CRM (Salesforce)
- Ensure effective and efficient communication with internal and external SMEs and stakeholders
- Assist with budget forecasting, evaluating, measuring and reporting on program and tactic effectiveness, pipeline generation and ROI
- Leverage marketing data and insights to measure and optimize the performance of marketing programs, maximizing ROI and driving revenue growth
- Work with marketing leadership to budget and plan Tier 1 event strategy for eSentire during the year
- Have ownership for concepting messaging and engaging in-booth activation experiences to generate booth traffic
- Work with vendors and in-house creative to build detailed plans and budgets for creative, booth build out/tear down, staffing, logistics, lead capture, in-booth presentations, give-a-ways, on-site meetings, after-hours events and hotel room blocks
- Manage and support pre-event outreach, social media support, thought leadership sessions, releasing new research and PR engagement
- Leverage marketing data and reporting to closely evaluate and measure event strategy effectiveness, pipeline generation and ROI
- Support customer expansion and retention campaigns and initiatives as needed
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline preferred
- 5-8 years’ experience in marketing programs/demand gen in B2B technology, preferably cyber security experience
- Demonstrated marketing campaign creation, execution and optimization experience
- Understanding of marketing lead generation tactics and strategy
- Demonstrated skill in managing timelines, budgets and multiple vendors
- Strong ability to prioritize work in a demanding, fast-paced environment while managing multiple programs/tactics at one time
- Able to use judgement to build program plans that meet targets and work independently
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to prepare and lead discussions across teams and work with senior/technical leaders across the business
- Experience with marketing automation, lead nurture, and using sales and marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot and 6sense (or other ABM)
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, including Excel and PowerPoint
