Job Overview

We are actively seeking an experienced PPC Specialist to manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms to drive lead generation.

As a PPC Specialist, you will work closely with the marketing team to execute ad strategies, monitor campaign performance, and optimize for key metrics.

Key Responsibilities

Here are some examples of the actual work your day would include:

Develop and implement comprehensive paid search and paid social strategies focused on lead generation and conversions.
Keyword and campaign research
Building, scaling, and hands on management of campaigns
Optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) and lead generation campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)
A/B testing creative, copy, and audiences
Perform market analysis, competitive and keyword research to come up with new campaign ideas and provide actionable recommendations
Collect, analyze, and report key metrics across all digital marketing platforms to identify trends and opportunities
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, updates, tools, and best practices
Collaborate with the internal marketing team and provide updates to key stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you need to have a certain amount of knowledge, skills and experience:

2-4 years experience in paid search and paid social advertising, including hands-on experience building, testing, and optimizing ads on Google, Microsoft, Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, etc.
A deep understanding of bid strategies (CPC, CPA, CPM), account architecture, and the ability to optimize campaigns based on performance data
Able to organize and manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and consistently meet deadlines
Write compelling copy that resonates with target audiences while adhering to brand guidelines
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, SEMRush and other platforms to improve performance
Excellent attention to detail, especially when managing budgets and monitoring performance metrics.
