We are looking for a new individual contributor to join our Group Acquisition Team, which leads all aspects of marketing across the Fortuna Entertainment Group countries with several strong brands.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the development and execution of targeted digital media campaigns to acquire and engage new customers while meeting desired KPIs through implementing paid digital media strategies. You will also be responsible for optimizing selected campaigns to maintain effectiveness and efficiency and deliver measurable results and growth. You will collaborate closely with the group and local marketing teams to ensure the successful implementation and evaluation of acquisition campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of a dedicated part of advertising programs across paid search, display and YouTube for FEG’s brands in Czechia, Croatia, Poland, Romania and Slovakia.
- Manage daily execution of advertising initiatives and daily campaign management.
- Conceptualize and implement optimisation strategies in a multi-market/ language environment, focusing on the desired KPIs.
- Develop and manage advertising automation projects to drive efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with group and local teams to ensure a seamless process throughout campaign implementation and evaluation.
- Share insights about digital marketing tools and best practices to help enhance knowledge and understanding across the organisation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an advertising/performance specialist, with at least 3 years of experience managing multi-locale search engine advertising programs.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, focusing on managing SEM/paid social media/display marketing campaigns.
- Superb knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google, Bing, and Sklik.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Ads Editor, A/B testing and CRO techniques.
- Passionate about digital marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry.
- Fluent in English.
