Responsibilities
- Address all guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with safety standards
- Praise, discipline, and counsel staff as necessary to maintain positive morale
- Seek council from management when needed
- Maintain and clean all A/V equipment and supplies
- Organize and assign work to others, maintain BEO Log accuracy, and advise others of changes
- Bill clients accurately and verify pricing exceptions and modifications
- Arrange shift scheduling if the manager is not available and confirm it
- Attend staffing, catering, and any scheduled pre-conference meetings as needed
Job Description
The Lead Audio/Visual Technician assists and supports the Manager of the Audio-Visual Department. They will manage the audio-visual team, read banquet event orders, and coordinate with various departments to meet their needs.
