Job Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Manage the day-to-day brand and media agency requirements providing strategic direction and business insights within the applicable scope.
- Develop and foster strong trusted relationships with global brand and agency teams, media and technology partners.
- Requires a solid understanding of media planning and buying to execute brand strategies in an impactful and strategic manor.
- Develop, execute and optimize media strategy and spend across all media channels: linear TV and CTV, video, radio, Print, OOH, search, endemic shopping sites, display, programmatic, lifestyle campaigns, mobile vs desktop and programmatic, etc.
- Requires a strong background in digital marketing strategy including a firm understanding of paid search, programmatic, display and social tactics.
- Lead the analysis of available data to provide actionable changes supporting the associated KPIs and business objectives to success.
- Expected to provide insight into entire media portfolio, content partners and platforms.
- Identify, track and report daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually on media KPIs and other measurement criteria as requested by the brand.
- Ability to listen to and fully understand the needs of various Stellantis constituents and in turn develop thoughtful solutions.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required (BA or BS)
- 5+ years of media experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical media background required
- Management of cross-functional projects through completion and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
