Your tasks and responsibilities
- You own and lead the Amazon media planning and execution for the Sennheiser consumer brand worldwide - in collaboration with relevant stakeholders from marketing, product and sales
- You define and manage the processes for campaign strategy, creation, execution, optimization and reporting – Both for Always-on campaigns and product launches/special campaigns
- You manage and oversee the partner agency in campaign planning, technical setup, and execution, including yearly, campaign and Always On strategy preparation and briefing.
- You are passionate about analytics and continuous improvements on media performance, always looking for optimization opportunities.
- You own and manage the media budget, monitoring and ensuring accuracy.
- You lead regional and management reporting
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology or similar
- You have at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, media planning and buying and Amazon Media
- Ideally, you have some experience in project management, consumer journey mapping and experience optimization
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and written and oral communication.
- You have a passion for numbers and metrics - and the analytical skills to turn data into insights and action
- You like to work independently and are comfortable with remote and virtual team structures in a global team and taking responsibility for global projects
- You are a strong team player with a global mindset and can deal well with ambiguity and change in a rapidly changing world
- You have knowledge of various media platforms such as Amazon advertising, Google Ads, Shopping, programmatic display/video advertising with particular expertise in the Amazon ecosystem
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- You are proficient in the Google Suite, Amazon and Analytics platforms and other programmatic media tools
- You have a proven ability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
