Your Role: Programmatic Executive
The Programmatic Executive will be responsible for the helping the team generate programmatic revenue across the Outdoor & Audio portfolios of Global and our partners through the DAX platform.
This role is primarily focused on programmatic operations requiring full end-to-end fulfilment of campaigns from initial sale to set-up and optimisation but will also consist of some client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical account management: Develop a strong technical understanding of the proprietary DAX SSP and act as a subject matter expert in the set up and management of campaigns. Create and troubleshoot deal IDs, manage the pacing of live campaigns and proposal plans to programmatic managers to optimise delivery.
- Sales support: Support Programmatic Managers on responding to briefs, pulling reports and creating PCAs. Support the Programmatic Managers in presenting to clients and maintaining strong industry relationships. Provide expert programmatic knowledge to the wider Global sales team
- Forecasting: Work with Programmatic Managers to maintain robust pipelines and provide revenue reporting. Track upcoming campaigns, adhering to SLAs and highlighting any outstanding assets or deadlines. Manage financial processes with DSP partners

What Success Looks Like
In your first few months, you'll have:
- A handle on programmatic revenue tracking across key agencies and products
- Learned to manage the creative review process
- Taken on financial responsibility for month-end reporting
- Become comfortable in the DAX platform and reporting systems
- Assisted in setting up and configuring deal IDs
What You'll Need
- Proven skills in Digital Advertising, with knowledge of DOOH and/or audio markets a bonus
- Programmatic Experience at a DSP, SSP or agency (desirable)
- Solutions-focused problem solver with strong data analysis and organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills: effectively communicating, building rapport and relating to others at all levels.
- To be a team player with the ability to motivate colleagues and work with different personalities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to interpret and visualise data using basic charts and graphs
- 1-2 years of experience, apprenticeship or basic media certifications are preferred (e.g. Google certifications)
