Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Senior Ad Operations Manager to lead our digital advertising operations team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in ad ops, with expertise in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360). In addition to overseeing campaign execution, the Senior Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team while actively participating in hands-on campaign setup and management.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of ad operations professionals while actively participating in hands-on setup and management of campaigns
- Provide mentorship, training, and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development
- Develop and implement overarching strategies for digital advertising campaigns, aligning with client objectives and industry best practices
- Lead the end-to-end setup and management of campaigns in Google Campaign Manager 360
- Serve as the subject matter expert on ad operations, actively troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
- Collaborate with the team to implement effective solutions and ensure the highest standards of quality
- Drive the development of optimization strategies, ensuring continuous improvement of campaign performance
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing ad operations team
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Manage relationships with ad tech vendors, staying informed about updates, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with creative and customer success teams to ensure the successful execution of integrated campaigns
- Act as a key liaison between the ad operations team and other departments
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, industry guidelines, and best practices
- Implement processes to guarantee the highest standards of quality and adherence to industry norms
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in digital Advertising Operations
- Expertise in Google Campaign Manager 360
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance
- Good to have: Familiarity with HTML & JavaScript
