We are looking for someone who:
- Has years’ experience in a similar role
- Has an excellent understanding of media planning landscape and best practices
- Has experience with B2C online and offline campaigns
- Has working knowledge of ad serving tools
- Has an analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Proves excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Has a BA in marketing or relevant field
- Advanced English level is required
What you'll be doing:
- Working alongside the Media Manager and local media agency to coordinate and implement online and offline media campaigns focused on driving awareness and consideration for the Superbet brand in Brazil
- Negotiate brand media contracts
- Work with various tools, such as, but not limited to: ad serving, data driven attribution, landing page creation, web analytics, etc
- Manage the relationship with agencies for planning, implementing, optimizing and evaluating the performance of media campaigns
- Achieve media campaign KPIs
- Collaborate with the internal central growth team and with external suppliers to implement campaigns tracking and monitoring their performance
- Continuously optimize campaigns, on each channel, in order to increase our reach & frequency and assure they are target oriented
- Manage internal reports regarding the performance of all digital channels
- Participate in events to keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry
