About the Role
We are looking for a hungry, capable, experienced Google Ads PPC specialist. Someone who cares about not just executing PPC - but getting tangible and trackable results. Someone who is excited to build processes while getting results for clients as this will be a new service and there will be lots of learning, executing, and building.
About You
Outcomes You Are Responsible For
Outcomes are tangible and measurable items that are core to your role and cultivate the value that we pay for you to create. These are core outcomes that allow you to know if you are winning in your role:
- Take the ad-spend allowed by each client and turn it into competitive leads to meet or exceed the plan
- Manage ad-spend budget exactly to plan each month
- Know with 80% accuracy the lead attribution of ads vs organic for each client
Capabilities
These are the capabilities that we believe you need to excel at in order to succeed in this role and achieve the valuable outcomes we need you to create:
- Deep level of understanding of Google Ads & Google Local Service Ads and how it works including ad targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Ability to leverage lead tracking and conversions to get clarity on data and lead attribution
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and other online advertising tools
- Ability to conduct a Google Ads audit and find items that are doing well and items to improve that drive results
- Ability to build a comprehensive Google Ads campaign from the ground up to launch for success
- Need to know how to time manage and choose actionable decisions to leverage ads
- Ability to create, setup, and manage Bing Ads
- Ability to create reporting using a 3rd party platform to measure and track the progress of a campaign (lookerstudio, airtables, etc..)
Duties & Responsibilities
These are some of the core activities/tasks to be performed daily, weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly that you will have on your plate. This is not an exhaustive list:
- Weekly reporting on every client due on Mondays (by end of the day)
- Updating and tracking of client insight submitted each week
- Building reports for management
Compensation
We pay you for the value you have and create at Rotate Digital. This role will be salaried at $1,250/mo ($15,600/yr) with a review of the salary structure, bonus opportunities, and all other pay factors after 6 months. Each set of 5 clients managed will be paid out an additional $100 per month, for the first 6 months of your employment.
