We are currently seeking a Digital Marketer Paid Social (m/w/d) for the establishment of our Omnichannel Commerce department.
Role Overview
Our Digital Marketing Team is responsible for all online marketing measures and is crucial for business growth and digital brand communication. Together with E-Commerce, Product, Data & Analytics, Digital Content, and Brand Marketing departments, the team develops our online strategy.
Responsibilities
- Co-responsibility for national and international Paid Social measures for Deichmann Online Shops with focus on Meta Platforms
- Monitoring & reporting of campaign efficiency based on performance KPIs and derivation of optimization measures
- Management & challenging of Social Media agency in daily business
- Continuous testing and optimization of creatives and landing pages in close collaboration with UX & Content Teams
- Continuous further development of Paid Social setup in exchange with external partners considering current market developments
- Definition of optimal campaign setup (structure, targeting, audiences, bidding) as cross-country quality standard
- Point of contact for specialist questions from country subsidiaries and colleagues in daily operations
Required Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Informatics, Business Informatics or similar
- Multiple years of practical experience in Social Advertising, ideally in eCommerce environment
- Confident handling of Facebook Business Manager and Web Analytics Tools as well as common Third Party Tools like Smartly
- Very good analytical skills and enjoyment of working with numbers
- Ability to work highly independently and self-organized
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
