Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a critical role driving the successful growth and presence of the company globally.
Our Growth Marketing Specialist is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic marketing initiatives tailored to our niche audience.
What you will do
- Growth Hacking & Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns tailored to specific accounts within the health insurance sector.
- Website Management & Optimization: Maintain and enhance the company website to ensure an engaging user experience and high conversion rates.
- SEO & SEM: Execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies and manage SEM campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
- Google Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on website and campaign performance; provide actionable insights.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify, engage & nurture potential leads through personalized and data-driven marketing strategies to secure deal conversion.
- Content Creation: Work with internal and external resources to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience of health & life insurers and drives engagement.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media channels, creating and curating content to build brand presence and engage with audiences.
- Events & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Who you are
The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in growth and account-based marketing within B2B SaaS.
Any background in health and life insurance would be a great bonus.
Proficiency in GTM strategy, lead generation & nurturing, website management, SEO/SEM, customer acquisition, google ads & analytics, digital marketing, campaign management, HTML, CSS.
Experience in running growth strategies internationally across all continents, international exposure is a must.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analysis platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Innovative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and new opportunities.
