Job Description
As an experienced Media Manager, you are committed to the successful promotion of our OTC product portfolio in the markets of the CEE and CIS region. In close cooperation with the local Marketing colleagues in the countries as well as with the Product Managers at our regional headquarters in Berlin you will plan, implement and evaluate effective media campaigns for different channels across the region. You will be part of our International Marketing department with colleagues from several countries reporting to the Head of International Marketing.
These tasks inspire you
- Participating in the development and the implementation of product strategies for the OTC portfolio.
- Developing and executing comprehensive media plans aligned with the overall marketing and business objectives for the OTC products across regions.
- Leading the planning, execution, and management of media campaigns (both digital and traditional) across various channels such as TV, print, online, social media, and out-of-home platforms.
- Collaborating with local teams and external agencies in each country to align on campaign goals and timelines and to ensure cohesive campaign execution and alignment with local regulations, market trends, and audience preferences.
- Analysing campaign performance using data and analytics, providing regular reports on key performance indicators.
- Ensuring all media campaigns comply with pharmaceutical advertising regulations, industry standards, and company policies across different countries.
- Driving innovation in media strategies, focusing on increasing digital media presence, omnichannel marketing, and integrating new trends in digital advertising and programmatic buying.
- Working with advertising agencies and advises on the planning and carrying out of promotional measures and portfolio promotions.
- Collaborating in the creation of marketing plans for the OTC portfolio with reference to the sales targets, turnover, distribution, investments, and profit.
- Analysing the market and competitor situation in the different countries.
What sets you apart
- University degree in Economics, Media or Communications.
- Several years of experience in the product management of OTC products, preferably in an international environment, with reference to the CEE/CIS region.
- Experience with advertising agencies and media organizations.
- Experience in media planning and buying, campaign management, or related roles.
- Dedicated and capable team player.
- Fluent English. Knowledge of Russian and/or Italian is desirable.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
