What will you be doing in this role?
- Managing the success of ongoing marketing performance for clients, driving the marketing KPIs that are most aligned to key business objectives outlined by client
- Kicking off new clients by setting up/auditing paid search and social accounts and onboarding their performance activity with Ravel
- Implementing pixels and tracking for campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, via Tag Manager, etc.
- Creating robust marketing reports from various platforms including Supermetrics, GA4, etc. to analyse the performance of multi-channel marketing campaigns and inform brand/marketing strategy
What you will need to succeed:
- Fantastic communication skills with both peers and clients alike
- A strong performance growth mindset, constantly seeking ways to optimise and scale your clients' accounts, with a forward-thinking approach to managing accounts, aligning with the client's expectations
- Experience working with an integrated team of marketing, design, website development and creative professionals for mutually shared goals
- A strong work ethic and are highly organised and structured
