We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our Mid-Market business development team. Your mission is to help emerging and established ecommerce businesses understand the power of personalization to improve shopper experiences that result in more customers, greater revenue and stronger brand loyalty. This is a quota carrying role where your success is based on meeting and exceeding annual sales targets
- Work together win together: The Sales Director will report to the Vice President of Mid-Market sales, and will work closely with fellow Salespeople at various levels, the Client Development team, Product experts, and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, Chicago or Wakefield, MA.
- Innovate with purpose: As a Sales Director, you’ll have the unique opportunity to position Epsilon as a key player in the mid-market space in the US, driving business growth and capturing market share through innovative solutions and market penetration strategies.
What You’ll Achieve
- Deliver quarterly revenue numbers and sell the Yieldify product to mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Strong consultative selling focus, with a track record of developing opportunities and closing business
- Generate and lead opportunities through all stages of the sales process from prospect to signature
- Previous experience selling a complex, multifaceted platform to mid-market and enterprise-level customers
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with the overall business strategy
Who You Are
- What you’ll bring with you:
- 7-15 years of solutions-based sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales targets
- 3+ years with selling experience in the Martech space
- Robust book of contacts and network of customers to drive sales revenue and achieve targets
- Proven ability to be dynamic, think on the spot, and navigate through gray areas
- Proven experience engaging with senior stakeholders and managing complex sales processes

- Expertise is utilizing sales tools such as: Outreach, Cognism & LI Nav
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform sales strategies
Pay Range: $150,000 - $160,000 salary + sales commissions
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to, the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
